Aduna is the Connector of networks, bringing together leading telecom operators and technology partners to simplify global access to Network APIs. Through a single, unified platform, we enable businesses and developers to build more secure, seamless and innovative digital services.

We are looking for a Lead Ops & Consent Manager to own and operate Aduna’s lead-routing and customer consent processes as part of our Demand Generation team.

In this highly accountable role, you will ensure that leads are distributed to Demand Generation partners in accordance with Lighthouse program priorities, customer consent preferences, and applicable privacy regulations. You will serve as the single point of ownership for a business-critical and compliance-sensitive process, maintaining transparency, auditability, and operational excellence across the lead-management lifecycle.

Working closely with Legal, Partner Management, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will ensure that customer consent data is accurately captured, maintained, and applied in every lead-routing decision.

What You'll Be Focused On

  • Own the consent-management process: Manage and maintain the mechanisms used to capture, store, and apply customer consent preferences across Aduna’s partner ecosystem.

  • Operate lead-routing workflows: Ensure leads are distributed according to established priority rules, including Lighthouse program eligibility requirements and partner status.

  • Maintain compliance and audit readiness: Keep accurate records of consent decisions, routing logic, and partner allocations, ensuring a complete audit trail for compliance reviews.

  • Collaborate with Legal and Privacy stakeholders: Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of granular consent mechanisms aligned with GDPR and other applicable privacy frameworks.

  • Monitor routing eligibility: Coordinate with Partner & Tiering Management to ensure lead-routing decisions reflect the latest programme and partner-status updates.

  • Improve operational efficiency: Continuously review and optimize lead management processes, controls, and governance frameworks.

  • Serve as the process owner: Act as the final point of accountability for the integrity and consistency of lead-routing and consent-management operations.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, CRM administration, privacy operations, compliance operations, or a related field.

  • Practical knowledge of GDPR and other data-protection frameworks.

  • Experience configuring and managing lead-routing workflows within CRM, marketing automation, or customer-data platforms.

  • Understanding of customer consent management, marketing permissions, and data-governance best practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.

  • Experience managing sensitive operational processes where accuracy, traceability, and compliance are critical.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end operational processes.

  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.

  • Professional fluency in English.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • You are meticulous, highly organized, and comfortable managing detailed operational processes.

  • You are confident raising compliance concerns when needed, even when they may slow down business execution.

  • You balance operational efficiency with regulatory requirements and risk management.

  • You communicate complex privacy and consent concepts clearly to non-specialists.

  • You thrive in an environment where ownership, accountability, and precision are highly valued.

  • You enjoy building scalable processes that support company growth while maintaining compliance.

Why Join Aduna?

  • Take ownership of a critical process: Become the central point of accountability for lead governance, consent management, and partner routing.

  • Make a measurable impact: Your work will directly influence customer trust, operational effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

  • Work across teams: Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, and leadership stakeholders.

  • Build scalable foundations: Help create processes and governance frameworks that support Aduna’s international growth.

  • Gain broad organizational exposure: Operate at the intersection of operations, privacy, compliance, and demand generation.

  • Help shape a growing organization: Join a company where your expertise and recommendations can directly influence how the business scales.

What We Offer

  • Employment contract providing security and transparency.
  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office in Łódź (Poland), 2 days remote. We offer more flexible work model for candidates from other locations.
  • Private medical care, life insurance, and Multisport card.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
