Aduna is the Connector of networks, bringing together leading telecom operators and technology partners to simplify global access to Network APIs. Through a single, unified platform, we enable businesses and developers to build more secure, seamless and innovative digital services.

We are looking for a Partner & Tiering Manager to join Aduna’s growing Demand Generation organization and lead partner-program execution within the Lighthouse ecosystem.

In this role, you will manage relationships with strategic partners including CPaaS providers, ISVs, and specialist ecosystem players, helping drive market activation, partner engagement, co-marketing initiatives, and incentive programs. While Sales owns the commercial relationship and contracting activities, you will be responsible for ensuring our partner programs operate effectively, compliantly, and at scale.

You will serve as the operational engine behind partner success, enabling partners to participate in Aduna’s Lighthouse program, coordinating incentives, monitoring partner performance, and ensuring healthy diversification across use cases and markets.

What You'll Be Focused On

  • Manage partner engagement: Own day-to-day engagement for a portfolio of strategic partners participating in Aduna's Lighthouse program.

  • Drive program execution: Coordinate partner activities, ensure program requirements are met, and help remove obstacles that limit partner participation and growth.

  • Administer incentive programs: Manage SPIF and related incentive programs, including approval workflows, payout coordination, and compliance validation.

  • Support partner selection and onboarding: Help identify, onboard, and support partners while maintaining diversification across use-case families and regions.

  • Coordinate co-marketing activities: Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, events, thought leadership activities, and regional initiatives with available resources and priorities.

  • Monitor sourcing and exclusivity compliance: Verify registered opportunities and sourcing requirements before incentive payouts and program recognition.

  • Work closely with Sales: Coordinate with account owners while ensuring partners receive responsive support throughout their journey.

  • Escalate commercial matters appropriately: Route contract negotiations, commercial discussions, exclusivity terms, and relationship ownership questions to Sales teams when needed.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in partner management, channel management, alliance management, business development, or ecosystem operations.

  • Experience working within CPaaS, API, telecommunications, cloud, software, or adjacent technology ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting partner incentive programs such as SPIF, MDF, rebates, or similar channel-growth initiatives.

  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously across different markets, priorities, and stages of maturity.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and stakeholder groups.

  • Experience working closely with Sales organizations while not directly owning commercial account relationships.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking program performance, partner engagement, and operational metrics.

  • Professional fluency in English.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • You build trust quickly and establish productive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

  • You are highly organized and comfortable coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • You proactively identify issues and drive them to resolution.

  • You thrive in fast-moving environments where processes continue to evolve.

  • You are energized by helping partners succeed and turning strategy into execution.

  • You bring a collaborative mindset and work effectively in lockstep with Sales, Marketing, and broader cross-functional teams.

Why Join Aduna?

  • Shape a new partner ecosystem: Help build and scale the relationships that will fuel the growth of the global Network API economy.

  • Create measurable impact: Your work will directly influence partner activation, demand generation, and market expansion.

  • Work across a global ecosystem: Collaborate with telecom operators, CPaaS providers, software innovators, and technology partners worldwide.

  • Operate at scale with startup agility: Join an organization combining global industry reach with the pace and energy of a high-growth company.

  • Develop strategic influence: Work at the intersection of partnerships, sales, marketing, and ecosystem growth.

  • Be part of something new: Help define processes, programs, and best practices as Aduna expands globally.
