Apply Job Type Full-time Description Serve as a resource to help team members be successful in their roles. Communicate scheduled tasks to employees and monitor progress. Work with management to ensure all projects are being completed efficiently and according to schedule. Ensure that team members complete tasks in accordance with company’s quality, production, and safety standards. Trouble-shoot and resolve problems as necessary; communicate appropriately with affected team members and departments. Construct electrical panel boxes by assembling wiring, switches, and cables. Perform inventory control functions to ensure sufficient supplies to complete projects Label and test electrical equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Required Skills & Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication. Use of logic and reasoning in daily decision-making and problem-solving. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Understanding of fundamentals of electronics. Knowledge of measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Three years of experience in related field required. Industrial wiring experience required. Experience with OSHA safety requirements preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
