Key qualities and behaviors of a successful leader at Nord Security Main Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Act as a hands-on designer, spending the majority of your time creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, leading by example and setting the quality bar through your own work. Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to drive design initiatives. Drive the overall design strategy and vision for the design team, aligning it with business objectives and Coveron brand guidelines. Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach and a seamless cross-platform user experience. Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback to the team to elevate the overall design quality. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve Coveron design standards. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into actionable design strategies. Combine strong people management and leadership skills with a solid design background to foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Core Requirements 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a product-focused environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects with a focus on app design. Expertise in app design, with knowledge of best practices for iOS, Android, and web platforms. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between design and development.
