About TPConnects
TPConnects (TPC) is a leading SaaS Travel Technology company headquartered in Dubai, UAE. Since our founding in 2014, we have been at the forefront of revolutionizing airline retailing and distribution, empowering airlines and travel agencies to offer seamless booking and servicing experiences with dynamic personalization capabilities. We are proud to support the industry’s shift toward Modern Airline Retailing through solutions built on IATA’s New Distribution Capability (NDC) and legacy-free Offers and Orders. Our mission is to deliver flexible, innovative technology that adds value and accelerates time to market, free from the limitations of legacy systems.
With more than 200 team members representing more than 20 nationalities across 14 countries, we foster a vibrant, multicultural environment where talent is recognized and celebrated. As we continue expanding our Product & Engineering organization in Warsaw, we are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate about shaping the future of travel technology.
Role Location
Warsaw, Poland
About the Role
We are building the next generation of airline distribution and retailing infrastructure, and we need a product leader who has lived it — someone who truly understands IATA’s New Distribution Capability (NDC), how airlines distribute and retail their offers, and what it takes to turn evolving industry standards into scalable technology.
This role owns the product strategy and delivery roadmap for NDC capabilities that enable airlines and their distribution partners to create, distribute, service, and manage offers across modern channels. You will sit at the intersection of airline commercial strategy, distribution operations, and travel technology, translating the real-world complexity of airline retailing and NDC integrations into scalable platform capabilities.
Day to day, you will engage directly with airline customers, distribution partners, and internal commercial and engineering teams to understand their pain points and turn complex B2B requirements and industry standards into products that drive measurable business value. We are looking for someone who can speak the language of distribution, offer management, and partner integrations as fluently as they speak the language of product strategy and delivery.
Role Location
Warsaw, Poland
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision
  • Define and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for IATA NDC capabilities in the Astra NDC platform, communicating it persuasively to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Translate airline and distribution partner needs including: offer creation and distribution, shopping and pricing flows, order creation, servicing, and channel integration into a coherent, prioritised product strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis across airline retailing platforms, NDC solutions, aggregators, airline distribution channels, and emerging retailing technologies to identify opportunities and validate feature viability.
  • Monitor evolving IATA NDC standards, airline retailing practices, distribution models, and industry adoption trends, and factor these into product direction.
Discovery & Delivery
  • Lead refinement of new NDC features and enhancements, ensuring input from airline partners, distribution partners, commercial teams, and engineering.
  • Define clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes with measurable success indicators tied to airline and distribution partner use cases and relevant NDC standards.
  • Own and maintain a prioritised backlog, balancing strategic initiatives, standards evolution, customer commitments, and delivery capacity.
  • Drive delivery of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and Minimum Marketable Features (MMFs) that generate measurable value for airlines and their distribution partners.
  • Ensure developed features meet defined acceptance criteria, interoperability expectations, and business objectives before release.
Insights & Continuous Improvement
  • Validate product success through customer feedback, integration performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes — tracking how airlines and distribution partners use NDC capabilities, not just whether features shipped.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on airline and partner feedback, implementation learnings, industry developments, and changing distribution needs.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Act as the domain authority for Astra NDC product team, mentoring colleagues and accelerating collective understanding of the ecosystem.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, helping engineering, commercial, implementation, and operations teams understand NDC workflows, standards-driven requirements, and integrations considerations and their implications on platform decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key airline and distribution-partner stakeholders, serving as a trusted product partner rather than just a requirements gatherer.
What You Bring
NDC & Airline Distribution Domain Expertise
  • Extensive hands-on experience in airline distribution or travel technology— whether from an airline, NDC technology provider, aggregator, GDS, or other distribution platform.
  • Deep understanding of IATA NDC concepts and airline distribution workflows, including shopping, offer creation and pricing, order creation, servicing, and partner integrations.
  • Strong familiarity with airline commercial and distribution needs, including channel strategy, airline content, partner connectivity, and the operational considerations of implementing NDC.
  • Working knowledge of airline retailing and the relationship between NDC, legacy distribution channels, and the evolution toward Offers and Orders.
Product & Technical Skills
  • Proven product management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes in a B2B SaaS environment — ideally within airline or travel technology.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform-based products, particularly in the context of airline systems, NDC interfaces, and distribution-partner connectivity.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Soft Skills & Leadership
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with airline commercial and distribution teams, technology partners, and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills — comfortable presenting product direction to senior stakeholders as well as facilitating technical grooming sessions.
  • Strong leadership, prioritisation, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with NDC implementations, airline API integrations, aggregators, GDS connectivity, or distribution partner onboarding.
  • Familiarity with IATA's Offer and Orders/ONE Order initiatives and their relationship to the evolution of airline retailing and distribution.
  • Background in airline distribution consulting, airline commercial technology, or partner/account management within the travel industry.
Why Join Us
You will play a pivotal role in shaping how airline travel is distributed and retailed — working at the cutting edge of evolving airline distribution standards and modern airline retailing, alongside industry-leading partners, in a team that values ownership, curiosity, and impact. If you have spent your career in airline distribution and are ready to channel that expertise into building the platform that modernizes it, we would love to hear from you.
