Job Description

The Leader - Resource Management is responsible for driving enterprise-wide resource planning, allocation, deployment, and workforce optimization to ensure effective fulfillment of business demands. The role partners with business and delivery leaders to maximize utilization, improve demand-supply alignment, and enable efficient talent deployment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead resource planning, allocation, deployment, and fulfillment across business priorities.
• Drive demand-supply management to ensure optimal staffing and workforce utilization.
• Govern resource allocation, bench management, and talent mobility strategies.
• Partner with business, delivery, capability, and HR teams to address workforce gaps and resource risks.
• Establish resource management processes, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Monitor utilization, fulfillment effectiveness, capacity, and workforce productivity.
• Provide workforce insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resource management efficiency and business outcomes.

Experience

• Significant experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Capacity Management, or Talent Supply Chain functions.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale resource planning and fulfillment operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and workforce optimization expertise.
• Experience driving operational excellence and workforce transformation initiatives.
