FUJI WINGSは、全権限型（Full-Authority）の無操縦者航空機（RPA）の開発を通じて、航空の未来を刷新しています。当社のRPAは、運航制限を伴う従来の小型UAVとは異なり、民間航空機と同等の耐空性基準（FAA Part 23 / EASA CS-23 / JCAB耐空性審査要領）を満たし、有人商用機と同じ空域を安全に飛行することを前提としています。 本ポジション（型式証明リードエンジニア）は、当社のRPAS型式証明（TC）取得に向けた全体戦略の策定および意思決定、ならびに航空当局（JCAB、FAA、EASA等）との交渉・協議を全般的に統括するリードポジションです。証明計画（Certification Plan）の立案から、適合性立証方法（MoC）の定義、当局監査の対応、各技術部門と連携した適合性立証資料（Artifacts）の統合まで、プロジェクト全体の認証プロセスを主導していただきます。

At FUJI WINGS, we are shaping the future of aviation by developing full-authority Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA). Unlike conventional Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) operating under operational restrictions, our RPA systems are designed to comply fully with civil airworthiness standards (FAA Part 23 / EASA CS-23 / JCAB airworthiness inspection guidelines) and integrate seamlessly into shared airspace alongside crewed commercial aircraft. We are seeking a highly experienced and decisive Lead RPAS Certification Engineer to take ownership of our Type Certification (TC) strategy and authority interfacing. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary focal point for civil aviation authorities (JCAB, FAA, EASA) and drive the end-to-end certification process—from establishing certification plans and Means of Compliance (MoC) to managing authority audits and leading cross-functional engineering teams toward TC issuance.

職責

• Certification Strategy & Authority Interface / 型式証明戦略および航空当局対応 JCAB、FAA、EASA等の航空当局に対するプライマリ・コンタクト（フロント）として、型式証明（TC）取得に向けた全体戦略を立案・主導する。証明計画（Certification Plan）の策定、適用基準（Base of Certification）の特定、特別要件（Special Conditions / CRI / Issue Papers）に関する交渉および意思決定を行う。 Serve as the primary interface and decision-maker with civil aviation authorities (JCAB, FAA, EASA). Establish and drive the overarching Type Certification (TC) strategy, certification plans, certification basis, and negotiate Issue Papers/CRIs for novel RPAS technologies.
• Compliance Management & Oversight / 適合性立証の統括・管理 適合性立証方法（Means of Compliance: MoC）を定義・分類し、適合性立証マトリクス（Compliance Checklist）を統括管理する。飛行試験・地上試験・解析データの妥当性を評価し、航空局提出用文書の最終承認を行う。 Define, categorize, and maintain the Means of Compliance (MoC) matrix. Oversee the generation, review, and authorization of compliance artifacts, flight/ground test reports, and engineering analyses for submission to civil aviation authorities.
• Systems Safety & Process Standards Integration / システム安全性・開発規格の適用統括 SAE ARP4754B、ARP4761A、RTCA DO-178C、DO-254規格に準拠した開発・安全性評価プロセスの適用を監督する。機能ハザード解析（FHA）、システム安全性評価（SSA）が認証要件を確実に満たすようガバナンスを発揮する。 Oversee the implementation of development assurance and safety processes in accordance with SAE ARP4754B, ARP4761A, RTCA DO-178C, and DO-254. Ensure Functional Hazard Assessments (FHA) and System Safety Assessments (SSA) align with civil airworthiness requirements.
• Cross-Functional Certification Leadership / 部門横断チームの主導と認証指導 GNC（飛行制御）、組み込みソフトウェア、アビオニクス、構造、飛行試験など各技術チームに対し、認証要件に基づく開発ガイドラインを提示する。認証審査・各種監査（Stage of Involvement: SOI監査等）を指揮する。 Provide guidance and technical leadership to cross-functional teams (GNC, Embedded Software, Avionics, Structures, Flight Test) on certification requirements. Lead preparation for and execution of authority audits (e.g., SOI audits).

応募資格・要件（Qualifications & Requirements）

・必須要件（Basic Qualifications）

• Experience / 実務経験 7+ years of professional experience in civil aircraft type certification (FAA Part 23/25, EASA CS-23/25, or JCAB equivalents) with a proven track record of leading TC or major STC projects. 民間航空機（FAA Part 23/25、EASA CS-23/25、またはJCAB耐空性審査要領）の型式証明（TC）または主要な追加型式証明（STC）プロジェクトをリードした7年以上の実務経験。
• Authority Interfacing / 航空局交渉実績 Direct experience acting as a primary focal point or lead negotiator with civil aviation authorities (JCAB, FAA, or EASA). JCAB、FAA、EASAのいずれかの航空当局に対し、証明担当・窓口（フロント）として直接交渉・調整を行った実績。
• Standards Proficiency / 適用規格の熟知 Deep expertise in civil aviation safety and development assurance standards, including SAE ARP4754A/B, ARP4761A, RTCA DO-178B/C, and DO-254. SAE ARP4754A/B、ARP4761A、RTCA DO-178B/C、DO-254等の民用航空規格に関する深い知識と実践経験。
• Leadership & Communication / リーダーシップ・交渉力 Strong technical leadership with clear decision-making skills. Professional verbal and written English communication skills for technical negotiations with authorities. 明確な意志決定力と高レベルな技術的リーダーシップ。国際的な航空当局との技術交渉に対応できるビジネスレベル以上の英語力（口頭・文書）。

・歓迎要件（Preferred Qualifications）

• RPAS & Advanced Aviation Certification / RPAS・先進航空機認証経験 Experience in certificating RPAS, UAVs, eVTOL, or autonomous flight systems under novel MoC or Special Conditions. RPAS、無人航空機、eVTOL、または自動運航システムの型式証明、あるいは特別要件（Special Conditions）の立案経験。
• Designee / Compliance Verification Status / 審査資格・委任実績 Current or former holder of authority designee status (e.g., FAA DER/ODA unit member, EASA CVE - Compliance Verification Engineer, or JCAB equivalent). FAA DER/ODAメンバー、EASA CVE（適合性立証エンジニア）、またはJCABにおける同等の審査・委任実績。
• Bilingual Proficiency / 日英バイリンガル Fluency in both Japanese (for JCAB coordination) and English (for international certification). 日本語（JCAB対応）および英語（国際認証対応）の双方における業務遂行能力。

・勤務条件・待遇（Compensation & Working Conditions）

• 雇用形態（Employment Type）: 正社員（試用期間3ヶ月） / Full-time, Regular Employee (3-month probationary period)
• 想定年収（Base Salary Range）: 年収 800万円 ～ 1,500万円（経験・能力を考慮の上決定）＋ ストックオプション付与 / JPY 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 per annum (Commensurate with experience and capabilities), plus Stock Options.
