The Salesforce Lead Consultant leads the design, build, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for our clients, with a strong focus on Agentforce and AI-driven capabilities. Acting as both a trusted client advisor and a hands-on technical leader, the role translates client needs into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions, sets delivery standards, and mentors more junior consultants — ensuring every engagement delivers measurable business value. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Architecture • Translate client business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce solution designs • Define data models, integration patterns, and technical approaches aligned to Salesforce best practices • Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with the client's broader enterprise architecture 2. Agentforce & AI Delivery • Design and implement Agentforce agents and AI-powered experiences (Einstein, Prompt Builder, Agentforce actions and topics) • Identify high-impact use cases for AI and autonomous agents across Sales, Service, and custom Salesforce processes • Apply responsible-AI and data-governance principles to AI-enabled Salesforce solutions 3. Hands-on Development & Technical Leadership • Lead and contribute to development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs • Set and enforce coding standards, review code, and drive technical quality across the delivery team • Own end-to-end technical delivery, from build and integration through testing and deployment (CI/CD, DevOps practices) 4. Client Engagement & Advisory • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the engagement • Run workshops, demos, and solution presentations with both business and technical stakeholders • Advise clients on Salesforce roadmap, AI adoption, and how to maximise return on their platform investment 5. Team Leadership & Mentoring • Lead delivery squads, guiding consultants and developers on technical and functional topics • Mentor and upskill team members on Salesforce, Agentforce, and AI capabilities • Support estimation, scoping, and staffing for Salesforce engagements 6. Delivery Governance & Best Practices • Ensure delivery follows agreed methodology, quality gates, and documentation standards • Proactively manage technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt • Contribute reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices back to the Salesforce practice Candidate Profile Experience • Proven track record of end-to-end development and delivery on the Salesforce platform (multiple full lifecycle implementations) • Hands-on experience with Agentforce and AI technologies within Salesforce (Einstein, Prompt Builder, agents, generative AI use cases) • Solid client-facing experience in a consulting, professional services, or systems-integrator environment • Experience leading technical teams and owning solution delivery Skills • Strong hands-on Salesforce development skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations (REST/SOAP, platform events) • Good understanding of Salesforce architecture across clouds: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) • Ability to design and deliver Agentforce and AI-driven solutions responsibly and at scale • Experience with AI-assisted, agentic development using Agentforce Vibes (vibe coding) to build, debug, test, and deploy Salesforce apps and agents • Fluency in English is a must (working proficiency in Spanish and/or other languages is a plus) • Ability to operate at both strategic/advisory and hands-on technical levels • Strong communication skills, able to influence and build trust with client stakeholders Certifications • Minimum certifications required: ◦ Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder ◦ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer • Salesforce Architect certifications are a strong plus (e.g. Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA track) • Agentforce / Einstein / AI-related Salesforce credentials are highly valued Leadership Style • Collaborative, pragmatic, and delivery-focused • Comfortable balancing client expectations with technical realities • Focused on business value and quality over technology hype • A natural mentor who raises the capability of the team around them Success Metrics • Quality and timeliness of Salesforce solution delivery • Client satisfaction and repeat / expanded engagements • Number of Agentforce and AI use cases successfully delivered • Reusable assets and accelerators contributed to the practice • Growth and capability uplift of the consultants mentored What Makes This Role Unique • Opportunity to work at the forefront of Agentforce and AI on the Salesforce platform • A blend of hands-on technical craft, solution architecture, and client advisory • High visibility and direct impact on client transformation and the growth of our Salesforce practice • A federated, international consulting group that values pragmatism, quality, and value creation Division Morocco Department CognitX Role Salesforce Consultant Locations Casablanca Remote status Hybrid Employment type Full-time
