My client is an established SAP consultancy with more than 500 consultants across Europe and the US, and offices in several German cities. They’ve been recognised as a Great Place to Work for several years running, and they keep hierarchies flat so people can move from lead to manager to partner on merit.

Their finance practice delivers S/4HANA transformations across conversion, greenfield and selective data transition, including cloud ERP projects under RISE and GROW with SAP.

What you’ll do

• Lead FI/CO work streams on S/4HANA projects, on-premise and cloud
• Own finance solution design and run workshops with client CFO and controlling teams
• Guide and develop consultants within your work stream
• Support pre-sales and help shape the firm’s cloud finance offering
• Work with clients across manufacturing, life sciences, automotive and other sectors

What they’re looking for

• Strong SAP FI/CO consulting background with several full-cycle implementations
• S/4HANA project experience, ideally including cloud or conversion projects
• Experience leading a workstream or a small team
• Confidence working directly with senior finance stakeholders
• Fluent German and English
