- Terraform等のInfrastructure as Codeの経験

- モニタリング・ログ・メトリクスを用いた障害検知・キャパシティプランニング・状況判断の経験

- バックエンド (Ruby / Python / Go 等) における実装経験

- アプリケーションまたはインフラにおいて、障害検知・原因調査・復旧対応を主体的に行った経験

- アプリケーション、ミドルウェア、OS、DBのいずれかにおけるパフォーマンス課題の調査・改善経験

- デプロイ改善、開発環境改善、CI改善などの開発業務効率化経験

As a Lead SRE, you will drive the evolution of a robust, scalable system in response to rapid business growth and multi-product expansion. You will tackle technical frontiers in the "Telephony Infrastructure x AI" domain, with the autonomy to modernize legacy systems, design SLOs, and build enterprise-grade security. Additionally, you will play a key role in radically improving Developer Experience (DX), offering significant career growth as you lead the long-term evolution of the organization's architecture and productivity.

- Cloud/IaC: Major Public Clouds, Terraform, etc.

- Backend/Monitoring: Ruby, Python, Go, etc., various monitoring tools.

■ Minimum Requirements

- Practical experience in web service development and operations on major public clouds.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform.

- Experience in fault detection, capacity planning, and situation assessment using monitoring, logs, and metrics.

- Implementation experience in backend languages (Ruby, Python, Go, etc.).

- Proactive experience in fault detection, root cause investigation, and recovery operations in applications or infrastructure.

- Experience investigating and resolving performance issues in applications, middleware, OS, or databases.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience improving development efficiency (e.g., deployment, development environments, CI pipelines).

- Experience in log analysis and monitoring automation using monitoring tools.

- Experience operating systems with external API dependencies, asynchronous processing, or real-time processing.

- Experience developing and operating real-time communication systems, particularly voice.

- Experience operating AI/ML services (including external APIs).

- Experience operating high-reliability B2B SaaS products.
