Responsibilities:
Define and implement long-term architecture roadmap.
Lead and mentor a small, skilled dev team.
Develop high-quality code in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Optimise CI/CD, testing, and deployment workflows.
Ensure scalability, performance, and data security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, AI, Marketing).
Introduce new technologies to elevate platform capability.
Requirements
:
8+ years of professional development experience.
Proven team leadership experience.
Excellent knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript.
Strong architectural thinking and communication skills.
German fluency (min. B2).
