Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with a strong Web3 background to build scalable, secure, and efficient decentralized applications. This is a hands-on coding role, where you will contribute to the development of core systems and products while ensuring high performance and security. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Lead Engineer in a Web3 project. Strong background in smart contract development and decentralized applications. Expertise in: Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, React, Solidity Scalable infrastructure design (AWS or similar cloud platforms) EVM development (Solidity, smart contract security, gas optimizations) Understanding of scalability, security, and efficiency in decentralized systems. Experience with smart accounts, account abstraction, and intent-based protocols is a plus. Solana experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain core infrastructure, including SDKs, APIs, and smart contracts. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align technical and business goals. Innovate in Web3 development, exploring new technologies and approaches. Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code with a focus on security.
