Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack (.NET / Cloud / AI-Driven Healthcare Platform)

Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, scalable backend architecture, cloud integrations, and modern web development. The ideal candidate should have strong experience building enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server/MySQL, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and AWS cloud services. This role requires ownership mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to mentor developers while contributing as an individual technical expert. Experience in healthcare technology, interoperability standards, or HIPAA-compliant systems will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Blazor. Architect and build secure RESTful APIs for internal modules and third-party integrations. Develop high-performance backend services with clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Build and optimize database objects including stored procedures, views, functions, indexing, and query tuning across SQL Server and MySQL. Implement ORM-based data access using Entity Framework Core and Dapper. Integrate and manage AWS cloud services, particularly AWS S3 for secure file storage and retrieval. Develop responsive frontend interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap Blazor. Follow SOLID principles, layered architecture, clean coding standards, and modern design patterns. Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and root cause analysis. Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management. Contribute to technical documentation, architectural decisions, and system design discussions. Work closely within Agile/Scrum teams including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery tracking. Mentor junior developers and support engineering best practices across the team.
