Lead SRE / DevOps Engineer (GHA Pool)

We are building a talent pool of Lead SRE / DevOps Engineers for future opportunities supporting large-scale hosted-agent and image-generation CI/CD infrastructure. The profile combines technical leadership, Linux administration, Bash scripting, troubleshooting and CI/CD automation. This is an ongoing pipeline search; no current client opening or start date is confirmed.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in technical or operational roles;
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience;
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills;
• Hands-on CI/CD experience, preferably with GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines;
• Expert Bash scripting skills;
• Upper-intermediate English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical initiatives to improve reliability, performance and automation of hosted-agent CI/CD infrastructure;
• Support build and deployment environments across Linux, Windows and macOS;
• Maintain and improve pipeline, image-generation and infrastructure automation;
• Troubleshoot build, deployment and infrastructure issues and drive lasting fixes;
• Work with engineering and DevOps teams on scalable, reliable environments;
• Mentor engineers and contribute to incident response and operational improvements.

Nice to Have:

• Windows or macOS administration experience;
• PowerShell scripting experience;
• Experience with Azure services such as Scale Sets, Key Vault, Service Principals and Storage;
• Familiarity with Git workflows, including branches, forks and pull requests.
