About Us

At #paid, we’re on a mission to empower creators to do what they love—create. Our marketplace connects vetted creators with some of the world’s most iconic brands, like McDonald’s, Samsung, and Disney, fostering authentic collaborations that drive real business results. We’ve built a marketplace that solves big challenges in the creator ecosystem, from fair pricing to algorithmic matching and content usage rights, ensuring every partnership is seamless and impactful.

With our proprietary technology and an unwavering commitment to trust and transparency, we’re revolutionizing the way brands and creators come together to make magic. Rated #1 for customer support and managed services, #paid is leading the creator marketing space. Through innovative technology and a team of ambitious humans, we're transforming the future of the creator economy.

The Role

Creative Solutions now owns execution from end to end, so strategy has to cover the whole span: pre-sale (discovery, ideation, proposals) and post-sale (kickoff strategy, campaign briefs, post-campaign insights). As a Strategist on this team, you’ll shape the idea that wins the pitch and stay with it until it ships, performs, and turns into a renewal. Our goal is simple: the idea that wins the pitch is the idea that ships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the core insight and creative idea, plus the integrated plan behind it: creators, media and distribution, and measurement
  • Build proposals and RFP responses with a clear, data-backed case for #paid
  • Set the creator mix: when to scale with micro and niche creators, when to concentrate on macro names, and how to combine both
  • Build the investment plan, splitting budget across organic content, usage rights and paid amplification, and set channel mix and flighting
  • Define KPIs and benchmarks up front, optimize in flight, and turn results into renewal stories
  • Stay involved post-sale with creator briefs, content direction, and strategic QA
  • Stay ahead of market and platform changes, and translate them into sharper proposal work
  • Contribute to proactive packages and first-to-market moments
  • This person covers the whole creator-campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale ideation through post-campaign insights, with a stronger emphasis on creator mix, budget planning, and measurement
  • Lead strategy on priority enterprise accounts and act as the strategic counterpart to client partner teams in client meetings
  • Own the measurement plan in partnership with our Measurement team, Sales, Paid Media & Client Experience
  • Mentor Senior Strategists and set quality standards for decks and briefs. This is a player-coach role.
  • To Be Successful, You'll Need

  • Deliver integrated ideas that ship and perform
  • Use data to sharpen an idea rather than decorate it
  • Plan and defend budget allocations across paid social
  • Design measurement plans and act on performance data
  • Communicate strategy clearly in writing and in client presentations
  • Design and build decks with strong visual and narrative craft
  • Use AI tools to inform research and accelerate the creative process
  • Manage several projects at once under tight deadlines
  • Own ambiguous, high-stakes proposals independently, and drive decisions across functions without formal authority
  • About You

  • 8+ years in brand, creative, social, or creator strategy (or equivalent demonstrated experience), with a portfolio of ideas that shipped and performed
  • A record of winning pitches with integrated plans
  • Deep fluency in TikTok, Meta/Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat, and in how creators actually work
  • Credibility with senior client stakeholders, and strong writing and presentation skills
  • Preferred: enterprise or Fortune 500 clients, regulated categories, social search or AEO experience, and agency or platform experience working across creative and media teams
  • Equal Employment Opportunity

#paid is an equal opportunity employer and as such, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.

We are dedicated to growing a diverse team of highly talented individuals and creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to bring their best and authentic selves to work.
