Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: 8pm to 5am (Philippines) Job summary The Business Transformation Lead drives enterprise and function-level transformation initiatives within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, spanning process re-design, operating model improvement, and continuous improvement. The role leads the transformation and CI pipeline, facilitates Kaizen and redesign initiatives, and applies Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies to deliver step-change improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, and customer experience. Partnering closely with process owners, subject matter experts, solution architects, data, automation, and training teams, this position designs and deploys future-state, scalable, and digitally enabled solutions. Serving as a subject matter expert in Lean and transformation practices, the Lead strengthens process capability, ensures benefit realization and sustainment, and actively shapes a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with the GBS strategy. Essential functions Lead business transformation initiatives across multiple functions, encompassing continuous improvement, process re-design, and targeted operating model and capability changes—from problem definition through implementation and sustainment. Plan and facilitate Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops, driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, cost, and customer experience. Apply Lean, Kaizen, and process optimization techniques to eliminate waste, improve flow, strengthen process capability, and standardize ways of working. Conduct deep-dive process diagnostics such as process assessments, time studies, value stream mapping, and demand/capacity analysis to identify systemic and cross-functional improvement opportunities. Partner with process owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), solution architects, and digital teams to design and deploy future-state workflows, standardized processes, and digital or automation enablers. Develop, maintain, and govern transformation and Lean project charters, standard work documentation, process maps, and benefit-realization reports to ensure sustained outcomes. Provide coaching and mentoring to associates and managers on Lean thinking, structured problem-solving, standard work, and continuous improvement mindset to build internal capability and sustain change. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy, and operational excellence standards.
