The role includes onboarding and supporting individuals as they begin their journey. Helping them understand the resources, systems and processes by providing structured guidance as they develop their own skills and confidence.

Responsibilites

• Onboarding and helping individuals become familiar with resources and systems
• Delivering structured coaching and guidance through established personal development and business frameworks
• Conducting virtual coaching and support sessions
• Helping individuals build their confidence, practical skills and consistent working habits
• Providing encouragement, accountability and guidance
• Supporting people as they work through their own goals and development
• Building genuine professional relationships
• Participating in online training, meetings and community activities
• Maintaining appropriate records and documentation

You won't need to have everything figured out from day one. Training and support are provided, though you'll need to be willing to learn, take responsibility, communicate confidently and follow through regularly.

This will suit someone who enjoys seeing other people learn, grow and become more confident and who gets genuine satisfaction from helping others move forward too.

Qualifications

Candidates need to have:

• Effective coaching and development skills, with experience supporting individuals through personal growth, business planning, or vocational transitions.
• High emotional intelligence, demonstrate active listening, empathy and discretion.
• Excellent communication abilities, including clear written and verbal skills, with the ability to facilitate structured, supportive sessions in a virtual environment and access resources via online platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
• Display diplomacy by maintaining confidentiality, professional boundaries and ethical standards.

This is independent, remote and suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, working with people and taking charge of their own results.
