At least 6 months of leadership experience in roles such as leading academic projects, participating in volunteer or philanthropic initiatives, serving in athletics or extracurricular activities, managing capstone projects or research, acting as a shift supervisor, or completing leadership focused coursework. A passion for motivating and inspiring others to achieve shared goals. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and a desire to grow into a leadership role within the insurance industry.
