Your role will involve connecting with people who are interested in personal growth and professional development, introducing them to our educational programs, answering questions and supporting them through the decision-making process.

The income model is performance-based, with earnings generated through the sale of leadership education programs.

This is an independent opportunity rather than a traditional salaried employment position, making it particularly suited to someone looking for greater flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connecting with prospective clients who have an interest in personal and professional development
• Introducing and explaining personal development and leadership education programs
• Building genuine relationships with prospective clients
• Following up with people who have expressed interest
• Conducting conversations via phone, video and online platforms
• Guiding prospective clients through the enrolment process
• Developing your communication, leadership and sales skills
• Participating in ongoing training, mentoring and professional development
• Managing your own schedule and activities in a remote environment

What We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need previous sales experience. We are more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to communicate confidently with people.

Experience in sales, education, coaching, leadership, training, customer service, recruitment or business development can be helpful, but it is not essential.
