Lead/Head Subscription and Loyalty

As Head of Subscription, you will own the strategy and performance of the business across 10+ markets in Europe and APAC. You will define and execute market-specific growth strategies by combining deep analytical thinking with hands-on execution. Working closely with local markets and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities, solve complex business problems, and scale initiatives that drive sustainable subscriber and financial growth. You will lead a small high-performing team while partnering closely with Product, Pricing, Commercial, Marketing, and Quick Commerce to continuously strengthen our subscription value proposition. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional problem-solving skills, a strong ownership mindset, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured, data-driven thinking. Your mission: Own subscription performance across markets, with accountability for subscriber growth, retention, Subscription GMV penetration, and P&L outcomes. Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting priorities and enabling strong execution. Define and execute market-specific growth strategies, aligning priorities across regions. Identify, test, and scale the highest-impact growth initiatives through rigorous analysis and experimentation. Own the evolution of the subscription value proposition, translating customer insights into product and commercial improvements. Partner with Product, Pricing, Commercial, Marketing, Quick Commerce, and local teams to deliver end-to-end growth initiatives. Establish clear success metrics, monitor performance, and communicate actionable insights to senior leadership. Experience: 8+ years in top-tier management consulting, strategy, high-growth technology, investment banking, or FMCG; experience in subscriptions, loyalty, or consumer growth is a strong advantage. People Leadership: Experience leading and developing high-performing teams while influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Problem Solving: Exceptional first-principles thinker with the ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems. Analytics: Strong commercial and analytical foundation with experience managing P&Ls, evaluating ROI, and making economic trade-offs; advanced Excel/Google Sheets required, SQL is a plus. Ownership: Bias for action with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution. Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership through clear, data-driven recommendations.
