What you’ll do
As an Operations Customer Expert, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for customers, providing clear, accurate, and friendly support across multiple channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with banking, payments, cards, investments, and account management;
Resolving issues related to transactions, app access, account updates, and card services;
Following compliance procedures and quality standards;
Escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams;
Delivering an excellent customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
We’re looking for someone who has
Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2);
Good communication and problem-solving skills;
A customer-focused mindset;
Interest in banking, fintech, or investment products;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
