We help build a safer community.

At TSSA, your impact helps strengthen the processes behind the work we do every day. • Collaborate Across Diverse Stakeholder Groups: Work closely with operational teams, subject matter experts, leaders, vendors, and project stakeholders to build consensus, support decision-making, and advance organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to Organizational Improvement: Participate in projects and initiatives that strengthen service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement across TSSA's regulatory programs and corporate functions.

Your Qualifications & Key Strengths:

Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related discipline, combined with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Additional professional certifications in project management, process improvement, business analysis, or change management, such as PMP or equivalent credentials, are considered an asset.

Technical Background:

Experience supporting cross-functional projects, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and developing process improvement recommendations is required.
  • Demonstrate experience applying Lean methodologies, business analysis principles, root cause analysis techniques, and change management practices to support process improvements, business transformation initiatives, and organizational change.
    • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office applications, and process mapping tools used to document, analyze, and improve business processes. Experience developing process maps, maintaining SOPs and work instructions, and supporting process documentation within structured governance environments is preferred.
