Within this role, you would be responsible for supporting the SaaS Cyber and Technology Assurance programme by applying Lean Six Sigma expertise to simplify, standardise and integrate assurance processes across the Third-Party supplier lifecycle.

Within this role, you will help deliver and embed the future-state operating model.

Responsibilities:

• Map and assess current SaaS and Third Party assurance processes across Cyber, Technology, Helix, EHC and TPRM.
• Identify duplication, inefficiencies, control gaps and unclear hand-offs.
• Design a simplified, risk-based future-state process covering onboarding, service changes, ongoing assurance, remediation and exit.
• Define clear roles, accountabilities, decision rights, process triggers and hand-offs.
• Facilitate process-design workshops with business and subject-matter experts.
• Develop practical process maps, procedures, workflows and supporting guidance.
• Establish appropriate process measures and continuous-improvement controls.
• Support testing, validation, implementation and transition into BAU.
• Work with the programme team to deliver agreed milestones through March 2027.

Experience Required:

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or experienced Green Belt.
• Strong experience in end-to-end process redesign and operating-model development.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex, cross-functional processes.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Experience in financial services, third-party risk, technology, cyber or supplier assurance is preferred.
