Digital Educator - Brussels, Belgium

Hybrid Working (3 Days Onsite, 2 Remote)

We are urgently seeking a Digital Educator to join a prestigious European institution in Brussels. This role is ideal for someone who combines the skills of a Trainer, IT Enthusiast, and Stakeholder-Facing Consultant, with the ability to engage users and drive adoption of digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions on a range of digital tools and platforms
• Support the adoption of new technologies, applications, and DevSecOps initiatives
• Create training materials, user guides, documentation, and video content
• Organise and lead workshops, meetings, and learning sessions
• Train a diverse user base, including senior stakeholders and VIP users
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping users get the most from new IT solutions

Experience:

• Proven experience in training, coaching, education, or user adoption roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• IT-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Self-motivated and capable of independently acquiring new knowledge
• Experience creating professional training documentation and learning content
