Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities & Tasks

The Training Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs and materials that enhance Gordian Staffing Remote Team Members skills and knowledge. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences tailored to the needs of New Hire Training and Client-Specific Upskill Training curriculums.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Design and develop instructional materials for various training formats, including e-learning, instructor-led training, activities, assessments, and self-paced courses.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct regular, thorough assessments to identify training needs of New Hire Training and Client-Specific Upskill Training.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and interactive training content that resonates with learners, ensuring it aligns with Gordian Staffing’s goals and industry standards.
• Project Management: Oversee the development of training projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather information and insights necessary for creating relevant training materials.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their ability to educate learners. Analyze feedback and performance data to recommend improvements or modifications as needed.
• Training Delivery: While not a primary responsibility, facilitating training sessions for New Hires may be required at the start.
• LMS Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of training activities, class progress, and program outcomes in LMS.
  
  

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Standard: 11:00 pm to 8:00 am Manila Time

Daylight: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Manila Time

*You will be expected to complete 20 hours of paid pretraining prior to your official start date.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or a related field.
• Experience in a BPO company is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems highly preferred.
• Having US Real Estate knowledge and/or experience is an advantage.
