As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll connect with individuals exploring personal and professional growth. Through structured conversations, you’ll introduce individuals to our educational programs, leadership development opportunities and live events while guiding them through the initial stages of our engagement process.
Working remotely within an established framework, you’ll also continue developing your own communication, leadership and professional capabilities through ongoing training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities

* Share information about our educational programs, leadership development and live events.
* Guide suitable individuals through a structured engagement process.
* Coordinate appointments and maintain ongoing communication.
* Maintain accurate records using online systems.
* Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development.
* Contribute to a collaborative and supportive remote community.

Experience
Applicants from a variety of professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Experience in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Recruitment, Healthcare, Customer Service, Business Ownership, Leadership, Sales or other people-focused roles will be highly regarded.
