Hato Hone St John has been serving New Zealanders since 1885. Today, we have nearly 12,000 kaimahi working across Aotearoa to enhance the health and wellbeing of our communities. From responding to 111 calls to supporting people to stay healthy through health education, access and monitoring, we make a life-changing difference every day.

He aha te tūranga - About the role:

As a Learning Support Coordinator, you will coordinate the day to day delivery of learning support services across our ambulance education programmes, helping ensure learners have the support they need to participate and succeed.

  • Support the administration and monitoring of learning success plans, working with learners, line managers and Clinical Programme Leads.
  • Collate data and feedback to identify trends and support continuous improvement of learning support processes.
  • Ensure learning support documentation and processes meet organisational, privacy and NZQA requirements.
  • Provide administration and coordination support to the wider Clinical Programme and Moderation team as required.

This is a permanent, part time position, working 20 hours per week. The role can be based in Auckland, Christchurch or Tauranga, with hybrid working available.
