Build better digital learning experiences as a Learning Technology Specialist at Vertage

Do you enjoy exploring new technologies, creating digital content and finding smarter ways for people to learn? Are you curious about AI and how it can improve everyday learning experiences? Then this could be your next step. As a Learning Technology Specialist at Vertage, you'll help develop and improve the digital learning tools used by colleagues across our global organisation. From managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and creating engaging e-learning content to experimenting with AI and automation, you'll work on practical solutions that make learning more accessible, effective and enjoyable.

You'll join our Global Learning & Development team, where technology and creativity come together. Whether you've already gained experience in digital learning or are still building your technical skills, we're interested in what you can create, how you approach challenges and your willingness to learn.

Your impact as a Learning Technology Specialist

As a Learning Technology Specialist, you'll help ensure our learning platforms and digital resources are accessible, reliable and easy to use. You'll support the day-to-day management of our LMS, SAP Litmos KnowHow, develop digital learning content and help colleagues get the most out of the tools available to them.

But this role goes beyond maintaining existing systems. You'll also have the opportunity to explore new technologies, test ideas and build solutions that improve how we create and deliver learning. Whether that's developing an interactive learning experience, automating a repetitive process or experimenting with AI, you'll have the freedom to contribute ideas and develop your skills along the way.

What will you do as a Learning Technology Specialist?

Within our Global Learning & Development team, you'll work on a variety of digital learning projects, combining technical problem-solving with content creation and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and improving our LMS, SAP Litmos KnowHow, including content management, user access, configuration and day-to-day troubleshooting;

  • Creating and updating engaging e-learning modules, videos and digital learning resources using tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond and Camtasia;

  • Working with colleagues across Learning & Development and the wider business to translate learning needs into practical, user-friendly digital solutions;

  • Building and testing simple web pages, learning portals, dashboards or workflow prototypes using HTML, CSS and other digital tools;

  • Exploring how AI tools such as Claude Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot can improve learning experiences, content creation and everyday workflows;

  • Supporting automation and platform improvements using tools such as Power Automate, while developing your understanding of system integrations;

  • Working with learning data, Excel and Power BI to maintain reports, identify issues and help improve the effectiveness of our learning solutions.

About Vertage

At Vertage, we connect organisations with external professionals and support workforce solutions across the public and private sectors. We operate in an international environment where collaboration, innovation and continuous development play an important role. Within our Global Learning & Development team, you'll help colleagues across the organisation access the knowledge, tools and learning opportunities they need to succeed. You'll work closely with different teams, gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and have the opportunity to develop your expertise in digital learning, AI and automation.

You're naturally curious, enjoy figuring out how things work and like turning ideas into practical solutions. You don't need to know every system or technology already. What matters is that you have a solid foundation, enjoy creating things and are motivated to keep developing your skills. You'll also recognise yourself in the following:

  • You have some practical experience or a relevant foundation in digital learning, e-learning development, LMS administration, digital content creation or a related technical field;

  • You've worked with at least one digital learning tool, LMS or comparable content platform, or can demonstrate relevant skills through education, internships or personal projects;

  • You have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, with an interest in learning more about JavaScript, APIs and automation;

  • You're interested in AI and enjoy exploring how new technologies can improve learning and everyday processes;

  • You're comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets or reporting data and are willing to develop these skills further;

  • You communicate clearly in English and enjoy working with colleagues from different teams and backgrounds;

  • You're organised, proactive and comfortable trying new approaches, solving problems and asking questions when needed.

Ready to combine your interest in technology, creativity and AI with an opportunity to grow? Apply for the Learning Technology Specialist position at Vertage. We'd love to learn more about you and the projects you've worked on, whether professionally, during your studies or in your own time!
