If you are self-motivated, persuasive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your sales performance directly impacts your earning potential, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Management: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms; schedule and conduct in-person and virtual property tours.
- Marketing & Listings: Draft compelling rental listings and post available units across rental platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, social media, etc.) with accurate details and high-quality photos.
- Tenant Screening: Guide applicants through the screening process, collecting income verification, credit checks, and reference letters.
- Lease Agreements: Prepare, review, and issue official lease documentation and renewals in compliance with local housing laws.
- Billing & Collections: Process monthly rent payments, post charges/credits, generate billing statements, and follow up on late fees or overdue balances.
- Office Coordination: Maintain organized digital and physical tenant files, field incoming tenant inquiries, and handle routine correspondence.
- Maintenance Intake: Receive and log tenant maintenance requests, routing them to the maintenance team or contractors as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Proven track record or natural talent in sales, closing deals, or commission-based roles.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; comfortable picking up the phone and negotiating directly with prospects.
- Organization & Detail: High attention to detail when drafting legal contracts (leases) and tracking office financials/billing.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar), listing portals, and basic office software (MS Excel/Word or Google Workspace).
