Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our Legal Department. The role is responsible for providing strategic legal guidance to support business operations, ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, and minimize legal risks. The Legal Advisor will also play a key role in contract management, dispute resolution, and supporting executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advisory:

• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and internal departments.
• Support decision-making by assessing legal and commercial implications.
  
  

Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including engineering and construction agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational requirements.
  
  

Risk & Compliance

• Identify and assess legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks.
  
  

Dispute Resolution

• Support legal and commercial dispute resolution processes and claims management.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
  
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare legal opinions, reports, and documentation to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate and organized legal records and contract files.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal advisory roles.
• Excellent knowledge of Saudi and UAE regulations (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial
• Mandatory experience in engineering and construction contracts.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
