We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant join our growing US team. This role will focus on managing a wide range of both routine and complex permanent and temporary residence applications. Job Type: Remote Salary: Commensurate with experience, generous benefits package To qualify for this role, you must have the following qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration, with a focus on PERM labor certification cases. Proven ability to manage PERM cases from start to finish, including: Job postings Prevailing wage determinations Responding to audits Experience working directly with employers, employees, and attorneys to gather and organize necessary documentation. Proficient in using case management software to maintain accurate and up-to-date files. Skilled at monitoring deadlines and proactively managing timelines for recruitment and filing. Strong understanding of DOL and USCIS regulations and a commitment to compliance. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the PERM process.
