Position Summary/Objective: This position is the direct contact for all post-funding functions for their accounts/law firms. This position is based in our Charlotte, NC office. Essential Functions: Manage a book of assets based on accounts/law firms and serve as the primary post-funding firm manager Obtain quarterly updates from law firm partners Negotiate account balance deductions at the conclusion of cases Verify account data is accurate Identify opportunities for new business or maintenance needs and collaborate with assigned salesperson to accomplish Deliver exceptional customer service Identify opportunities to drive new and recurring business Evaluate ongoing performance of law firm accounts against the standards of each product and determine proper escalation when needed
