About the Role
We are seeking a fresh law graduate or junior Legal Associate to support legal research and contract drafting, particularly for U.S. healthcare providers, physicians, and medical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft physician, provider, and healthcare-related contracts.
- Conduct legal research to support contract preparation.
- Understand contract structures, clauses, and requirements.
- Ensure contracts are drafted accurately and completed within deadlines.
- Manage multiple drafting assignments while maintaining contract timeliness.
Requirements
- LLB or equivalent law degree; 1 -2 years experience required.
- people with international degrees will be preferred .
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Ability to understand and work with redline contracts and document changes.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Personal laptop and reliable internet connection required.
Work Arrangement
Fully remote within Pakistan, working 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT.
