Legal Case Manager – U.S. Law Firms Full-Time | Remote | Latin America | Long-Term Opportunities About the Role Horizon Premier Staffing is continuously looking for experienced Legal Case Managers based in Latin America to support U.S.-based law firms. We are seeking organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professionals who can manage case-related tasks, communicate effectively with clients, and support attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case. Candidates may be considered for current and future opportunities based on their legal experience and area of expertise. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain assigned case files from intake through resolution. Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates. Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties. Maintain accurate case information in case management systems. Track deadlines, appointments, records, and outstanding documents. Request and organize medical records, bills, reports, and supporting documentation. Assist with demand preparation and case documentation when applicable. Follow up on pending items and ensure cases continue moving forward. Prepare and update internal reports, spreadsheets, and case trackers. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism. Requirements Must be based in Latin America. Excellent spoken and written English. Previous experience as a Legal Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or similar legal support role. Experience supporting a U.S.-based law firm strongly preferred. Strong organizational and case-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-up. Professional client communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities independently. Comfortable working during U.S. business hours. Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote-work environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Personal Injury, Litigation, Immigration, Bankruptcy, or another U.S. legal practice area. Familiarity with legal case management software. Experience communicating directly with clients, attorneys, providers, or insurance representatives. Experience tracking deadlines, case documentation, and follow-ups.
