Role Overview
Job Duck is looking for an experienced Virtual Case Manager to support a busy personal injury practice by managing cases from intake through resolution. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers while ensuring every case progresses efficiently and accurately. You will play a critical role in maintaining client trust, organizing complex documentation, preparing demand packages, and supporting negotiations through detailed case management.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Preparing and assembling demand packages for insurance submissions
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Managing the full lifecycle of personal injury cases from intake through settlement
- Reconciling discrepancies between provider records, insurance documentation, and client-reported information
- Submitting demand packages for attorney review and implementing feedback as needed
- Ensuring compliance with established workflows, processes, and documentation standards
- Communicating with insurance adjusters regarding coverage, liability determinations, and settlement demands
- Uploading, organizing, and tracking medical records, bills, provider statements, and insurance documents
- Collecting, verifying, and documenting client, medical, and insurance information
- Conducting proactive follow-ups with clients during onboarding and throughout the case lifecycle
