The Legal & Corporate Affairs unit, within Gridspertise, is looking for a Legal Counsel.

What you will do:

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for all activities related to:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating domestic and international commercial contracts;
• Legal support for corporate functions and bidding procedures;
• Assistance with extraordinary transactions, M&A, and due diligence;
• Management of disputes, claims, and potential litigation;
• Assessment of legal and contractual risks;
• Coordination of law firms and external consultants;
• Improvement and digitization of legal processes.

Who you are:

Master’s degree in Law with:

• At least 3 years of experience at law firms or in corporate legal departments;
• Experience in commercial contracts, preferably in the technology, energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors;
• Knowledge of commercial and corporate law;
• Experience in M&A, due diligence, and, preferably, public contracts and tenders;
• Admission to the bar is considered a plus;
• Excellent command of English.

• Annual salary range: €40,000 – €48,000 (In accordance with the Pay Transparency Directive No. 2023/970);
