What you'll bring
You have a law degree, are a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec, and bring 3-5 years of relevant legal experience. You're perfectly bilingual in French and English, able to draft, negotiate, and advise in both languages on complex commercial matters. You work naturally with AI tools and bring a growth mindset to everything you do. Experience in the software, cloud, or technology sector is an asset, as is familiarity with Quebec public sector procurement. For this role, we particularly value curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
What you'll build
You'll independently manage a diverse portfolio of legal matters across SAP's Canadian operations, from commercial contract negotiations and sales and services support to Quebec public sector engagements and bid risk management. Regulatory compliance, data privacy, governance, and French-language advisory are core to the role. You'll use AI tools as a regular part of how you work and collaborate with legal colleagues locally, regionally, and globally to ensure consistency and manage risk.
Where you belong
You belong on a team that values judgment, breadth, and partnership with the business. SAP's Canadian legal team operates as a trusted adviser to one of the world's largest technology companies, supporting its Canadian operations across commercial, regulatory, and public sector matters in both official languages. You'll work directly with stakeholders across sales, services, procurement, and compliance who rely on your advice to move forward with confidence, and you'll help shape how SAP operates, contracts, and grows in Canada. If you're a bilingual lawyer who works naturally with technology, thrives on variety, and is ready to build a career with real scope, visibility, and opportunities to grow, this is the right role for you.
