Legal Counsel

About this Position

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading the management and oversight of the organization’s wide-ranging contractual and operational strategy, with a high level of specialization in the core business. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements—including manufacturing, maquila, sales, supplier, advertising, marketing, and influencer partnership contracts—ensuring legal certainty, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across all of the company’s key operations.

What you´ll do

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Provide legal advice to the business and its corresponding operation.
• Review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor of Laws, with a professional degree.
• 5 - 8 years of experience.
• Advanced level of english.
• Previously worked at a company.
• Experience working with contracts and large-scale operations.
