We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!). Now Let’s Get Down to Business You’ll play a key role supporting the Group DPO in driving global Data Privacy and AI programmes, alongside leading critical compliance initiatives and supporting commercial contract activity. Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to: Data Privacy & AI Maintain the Register of Processing Activities (ROPA) and local registries across Europe Manage data subject rights requests end-to-end in line with GDPR requirements Maintain registers of AI systems and use cases, including risk assessments aligned to the EU AI Act Conduct privacy reviews for websites and digital marketing (cookies, consent, policies) Support development and review of European privacy policies and procedures Contribute to privacy reporting including KPIs, dashboards and risk metrics Support vendor privacy and AI due diligence, including DPAs and transfer impact assessments Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the business Compliance Centre of Excellence Design and manage third-party due diligence programmes (risk-tiering, screening, remediation) Coordinate compliance training campaigns in partnership with HR Develop and deliver training for non-legal stakeholders Manage retention schedules and data disposition processes Oversee legal holds, including documentation and tracking Support reporting across compliance programmes Commercial Legal Support Draft commercial contracts using standard templates (distribution, supply, services) Review counterparty amendments and propose responses Draft and review NDAs Conduct legal research to support wider legal team Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? We’re looking for someone with relevant experience, ideally within an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment. While your experience is important, we’re all about making useful things joyful—so we love when our candidates bring energy, curiosity and a collaborative mindset. This role could be located in Paris, Warsaw or Prague. Hybrid/ remote options can be considered.
