Legal Counsel (m/f/d) Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel Compliance to support and further develop our compliance framework in a dynamic international environment. This role combines compliance, contract law, and emerging topics such as EU AI Act compliance. Your Responsibilities Act as contact for compliance-related matters across the organization Support the implementation of legal and internal compliance requirements, including the EU AI Act Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks Advise business stakeholders on compliance, governance, and regulatory matters Review, draft, and negotiate contracts Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Procurement, HR, Finance, and external partners Maintain and continuously improve the Compliance Management System (CMS) Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs Support whistleblowing processes and internal investigations Your profile University degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification Several years of professional experience in Legal & Compliance Experience gained in a law firm and/or international corporate environment Excellent German and English communication skills Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style High level of initiative, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills Proficient in German and English Located within commuting distance of Düsseldorf Working with us Intersnack has become one of Europe’s leading savoury snacks producers by ‘creating happy snacking moments’ in people’s lives.
