We're looking for ambitious law graduates and early-career legal professionals to join our Manchester team as a Recruitment Resourcer.

You'll use your legal knowledge in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, building relationships with lawyers while developing valuable commercial and recruitment experience.

The Role

You'll support our consultants in identifying and engaging legal professionals, including:

• Researching the market and identifying candidates
• Speaking with lawyers about their career goals
• Building and maintaining candidate relationships
• Supporting live recruitment assignments
• Managing candidate information and recruitment processes

What We're Looking For

• Law degree (minimum 2:1 preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, confident and commercially minded
• Positive, ambitious and resilient

What We Offer

• £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
