The Opportunity As part of the development of our newly established Legal Department, we are seeking a Legal Intern to join our Paris office starting in January 2027. Reporting directly to the Senior Legal Counsel, currently responsible for leading and developing Novaspace's legal function, you will play an active role in supporting a wide range of legal, contractual and corporate matters in an international environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the structuring of a legal function while working closely with consulting teams, operational stakeholders and senior management. The internship is particularly suited for a final-year Master's student or a French Bar School (École d'Avocats) student seeking a PPI internship and looking for broad exposure to an in-house legal function. Under the supervision of the Senior Legal Counsel, you will: Participate in the structuring and development of the Legal Department through the implementation of legal processes, templates, guidance materials and internal policies; Assist with the drafting, review and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements , including services agreements, framework agreements, partnership agreements, subcontracting agreements and NDAs; Support corporate law matters relating to the Group and its subsidiaries ; Support legal risk management initiatives and contribute to internal governance and compliance projects, as required; Conduct legal research and prepare legal analyses, summaries and practical guidance for internal stakeholders; Assist in the management of day-to-day legal requests from internal stakeholders, including preliminary legal assessment and coordination with the Senior Legal Counsel; Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Legal SharePoint and internal knowledge management resources, ensuring easy access to templates, precedents, policies and legal guidance; Support the design and implementation of legal reporting processes and KPIs to support the continued development of the Legal Department. Your Profile Final-year student (Master 2, LLM or equivalent) with a specialization in Commercial Law, Corporate Law and/or Contract Law; Previous internship experience in a law firm, consulting firm or international company; Solid academic grounding in commercial and corporate law; Strong interest in commercial contracts, corporate matters and international business environments; Excellent analytical, drafting and legal research skills; Rigorous, proactive and pragmatic approach to legal issues; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
