Legal PA - 1 year FTC // International firm

Leading international firm with a strong team in Dublin are recruiting a Legal PA for a maternity leave cover in their Corporate Department.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 3-5 years’ experience as a Legal PA in a mid-size or large law firm. If you have been curious about seeing what life is like in an international firm this is the perfect opportunity!!

Fantastic Dublin 2 location close to Luas, Pearse St Dart and several bus routes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Diary management
• Inbox support
• Travel coordination and booking
• Matter management – updating CRM, client due diligence, conflict checks
• Business Development administration
• Monthly billing

This is a super opportunity for a Legal PA with a strong skillset. You will be joining a busy and supportive team in a stunning, newly built office.
