Legal PA | Dispute Resolution

Are you an experienced Legal PA looking for your next opportunity? Join us and bring your skills and experience to a role where you’ll play an important part in supporting a busy and successful team.

We’re looking for a Legal PA to join our Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh. You’ll be part of a high-performing and supportive team, working closely with fee earners and colleagues to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

As a Legal PA, you’ll manage a varied and fast-paced workload, with no two days quite the same. From diary management and billing to coordinating day-to-day priorities, you’ll provide proactive and trusted support, using your organisational skills to keep things moving and deliver a high-quality service.

We’re committed to creating a collaborative and supportive working environment where people feel valued, empowered and encouraged to develop. Our hybrid working approach also provides flexibility, helping you maintain a healthy work/life balance while staying connected with your team.

We’re looking for an experienced Legal PA who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working collaboratively and can confidently manage competing priorities. You’ll bring strong organisational and time management skills, a proactive approach and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Full details can also be found in our job specification.

We set the bar high. Our clients and people love that.
