Role Overview

At Job Duck, we are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist who can be the welcoming first point of contact for clients while delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction. In this role, you will speak with individuals who may be experiencing stressful situations and provide reassurance, professionalism, and guidance while ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently. You will play an important role in managing incoming calls, gathering key information, updating systems accurately, and connecting callers with the appropriate team members. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains composed under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Prequalifying incoming leads by gathering relevant information
• Assisting callers with empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Entering and updating information within CRM and case management systems
• Serving as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients
• Maintaining organized digital records and documentation
• Transferring calls to the appropriate team member when needed
• Managing multiple phone lines while handling administrative tasks simultaneously
• Answering incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Taking detailed and accurate messages

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional phone presence required
• Previous experience in a law firm environment preferred, particularly within personal injury practices
• Experience working in high-volume phone-based environments preferred
• Customer service mindset focused on helping others
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
