RIM Recruitment Professionals is partnering with an established national staffing organization to expand its permanent placement legal recruiting division. We are seeking motivated, relationship-driven Full-Desk Legal Recruiters who enjoy developing new business, building client relationships, and connecting talented legal professionals with career opportunities.

These are 100% remote positions offering the opportunity to build and manage your own permanent placement desk within an established national organization.

These roles offer a base salary + a generous commission structure. Each state has different salary guidelines, so the specific salary ranges will be discussed once contact is made to candidates by our recruiter.

Important: Candidates must currently reside in AL, TN, TX, FL, NC, or SC to be considered.

About the Opportunity

This is a true full-desk recruiting position, combining business development with full-cycle permanent placement recruiting.

You will develop relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments, generate new business, recruit qualified candidates, and manage the placement process from start to finish.

The focus is on legal support professionals, including paralegals, legal assistants, legal secretaries, litigation support professionals, and legal administrative personnel. Attorney/JD-level recruiting is not part of this position.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship development.
• Generate direct-hire job orders and negotiate permanent placement agreements.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Recruit legal support professionals across litigation, corporate, real estate, employment, and other practice areas.
• Coordinate interviews, manage client and candidate communication, and negotiate offers.
• Build long-term client and candidate relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a successful, revenue-producing permanent placement desk.

What We're Looking For

• Previous agency recruiting or staffing experience, preferably within legal recruiting.
• Experience with permanent placement/direct-hire recruiting preferred.
• Strong business development skills and the ability to generate new client relationships.
• Familiarity with legal support positions, law firm environments, and legal hiring processes is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to source, evaluate, and place qualified candidates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an independent recruiting desk in a remote environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in building and growing a book of business.

Recruiters with strong agency experience in other professional staffing disciplines who are interested in legal recruiting may also be considered.
