Legal Solutions Consultant, Legal AI Platform (US Remote) About the Company We're hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling AI company building enterprise-grade technology for the legal and professional services industry. The Role We're looking for a former practicing lawyer who's ready to move from practicing law to shaping the future of legal work. You'll work directly with corporate lawyers at our customers, translate their real-world workflow challenges into product direction, and help our platform earn trust and adoption across legal teams. Responsibilities Work directly with corporate lawyers at current and prospective customers to uncover workflow pain points, recommend solutions, and demonstrate how the platform fits into real legal work Serve as the voice of the customer, translating feedback and workflow insights from corporate practitioners into concrete, lawyer-ready product direction Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to shape the roadmap and ensure the product evolves in ways legal teams trust and adopt Build and refine product demonstrations, workflows, and use cases reflecting how corporate legal teams actually work, including how AI is transforming those workflows Introduce new capabilities in ways that are tailored, credible, and compelling for each customer Qualifications JD or equivalent legal qualification At least 3 years of experience in a transactional practice (M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, banking, EC/VC, real estate, or related) at a top-tier law firm or sophisticated in-house legal team Strong understanding of the workflows, challenges, and demands faced by corporate lawyers Executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility with legal professionals at all levels Outstanding communication and presentation skills — live product demos, workshops, and strategic customer conversations Deep curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal practice A practical, solutions-oriented mindset, bias toward action, and enthusiasm for working directly with customers Benefits $270,000 – $320,000 USD OTE (75/25 split) Opportunity to shape a generational company at a true inflection point in legal AI Department Executive Locations USA Remote status Fully Remote About Remote People We specialize in connecting forward-thinking companies with outstanding global talent.
