Legal Specialist

Job Description:

Within the Legal Affairs Department of the Helicopters Division, we are seeking a Law graduate with professional experience gained in law firms and/or corporate legal departments.

Admission to the bar and qualification to practice as an attorney is preferred. The position is based in Cascina Costa di Samarate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international commercial agreements, including sales contracts, under the supervision of the SVP Legal.
• Managing and negotiating a wide range of corporate agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and Letters of Intent (LoIs), with particular attention to confidentiality obligations and the protection of Leonardo Helicopters' know-how.
• Providing legal support on intellectual property matters, including licensing agreements, trademarks, and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
• Advising on regulatory and contractual aspects related to European Union-funded programs and projects.
• Supporting business stakeholders in identifying legal risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications: Law Degree and possibly admittance to the bar
