Legal Specialist I

SUMMARY

The Legal Administration Specialist II performs a variety of law-related and administrative activities supporting Rackspace Technology's Legal Support Function, including workflow administration, contract support, document preparation, and legal research.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct initial intake, triage, and management of standard legal workflows and requests.

• Support attorneys with contract administration, document editing, formatting, and analysis.

• Perform standard legal and factual research and compile clear, evidence-based reports.

• Develop, manage, and deliver standard legal resources, guidelines, and training materials.

• Interact directly with internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and standards.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or regional equivalent required; formal legal administration/paralegal training preferred.
• Proven experience in legal administration, contract processing, legal research, or related administrative support.
• Strong project management, organizational, and task-prioritization skills.
• Solid understanding of business operations, basic risk analysis, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively with moderate supervision.
