Legal Virtual Assistant – Real Estate

About the Role

A U.S.- based law firm is seeking a Virtual Legal Assistant with strong expertise in Real Estate matters. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting U.S. law firms and is confident handling real estate transactions, title documentation, and property-related legal support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the attorney with real estate transactions from contract to closing
• Prepare, review, and organize title documents, deeds, purchase agreements, and closing disclosures
• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions
• Maintain and manage real estate case files and transaction records
• Track deadlines, contingencies, and documentation requirements for active matters
• Communicate professionally with the attorney, clients, and third parties
• Organize and maintain digital files and documentation systems

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting U.S. law firms (required)
• Strong background in Florida Real Estate law
• Experience with legal documentation and case/transaction management
• Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
• Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with legal CRMs or case management software is a plus
